Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions governing Fantastic One Pty Limited's services ('Services') and its relationship with all its customers are as follows:

  1. While all Services provided by Fantastic One Pty Limited are of a high standard and quality, the use of the service is strictly at the customer's own risk. Fantastic One Pty Limited does not guarantee an uninterrupted or problem free service(s). Fantastic One Pty Limited shall not be liable for any damages arising out of use of the service or inability to use the service. In the event of any problems or any interruptions with the Services(s) Fantastic One Pty Limited will make all reasonable efforts to ensure prompt restoration of the Service(s). The customer acknowledges and agrees that Fantastic One Pty Limited will not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage arising out of any problems with the Service(s).
  2. The customer will not use the Services in a way that is prohibited by law.
  3. The customer agrees to indemnify Fantastic One Pty Limited and to keep Fantastic One Pty Limited indemnified from any loss damage action claim suit or proceeding against Fantastic One Pty Limited by any person or entity arising out of any Service(s) used by the customer.
  4. As part of its commitment to quality Fantastic One Pty Limited will upgrade and carry out maintenance work to its Services from time to time. If there is any change or interruption to the Service(s) Fantastic One Pty Limited will inform the customer of this via email before it occurs. The customer acknowledges and agrees that Fantastic One Pty Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever incurred by the customer arising out of any change or interruption to the Service(s).
  5. If the customer breaches any of its obligations above Fantastic One Pty Limited is entitled to immediately cease providing the Services to the Customer without prior notice being given to the Customer.
  6. The terms and conditions above shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws for the time being in force in the state of New South Wales Australia.
